What we are looking for: 

eFlexervices is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Advisor to join our growing team. This role will support our operations.

You will serve as the trusted architect of our VIP clients' journeys. You will oversee travel design from end to end, from conceptualizing bespoke tour packages and reserving premium flights to arranging private transfers and securing preferred reservations at top-tier luxury hotels.

Beyond technical booking expertise, you bring a polished, friendly, and elevated service mindset, paired with an eye for visual design to turn travel itineraries into stunning, magazine-quality visual dossiers.

What you’ll be doing: 

1. End-to-End Travel Architecture & Booking

• Research, curate, and book complex global travel itineraries tailored to high-net-worth client desires.
• Utilize GDS platforms (Sabre preferred) to execute seamless reservations for premium air travel, private transport, and luxury accommodations.
• Seamlessly manage itinerary adjustments, re-bookings, and last-minute modifications, anticipating challenges proactively.

2. Luxury Sales & Bespoke Advisory

• Act as the primary, high-touch point of contact, building authentic trust through professional, warm, and sophisticated communication.
• Drive travel sales by presenting curated, high-value packages and exclusive VIP perks (room upgrades, private tours, bespoke amenities).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on global luxury destinations, international regulations, safety protocols, and industry trends.

3. Visual & Aesthetic Presentation

• Utilize a strong sense of graphic design and multimedia layout to build sleek, visually compelling travel dossiers that delight clients.
• Present complex travel logistics in clean, scannable, and elegant formats.

4. Operational Excellence & Trust

• Maintain meticulous accuracy across all booking details, financial transactions, and client preferences.
• Maintain complete confidentiality and care when handling sensitive client data and payment details.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Warm, personable, and service-oriented, with a passion for helping others.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate client needs.
• Experienced in using Sabre or other booking platforms (preferred but not required).
• Knowledgeable about global destinations and travel trends, whether through personal travel or research.
• Strong problem-solver who can think quickly and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Able to work efficiently and independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Committed to excellence—not just clocking in and out, but truly invested in delivering the best experience.
• Trustworthy -  we are looking for someone who can be entrusted to process customer information.
• Sales & Service Mindset- Natural sales inclination with a warm, personable demeanor and a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
• Aesthetic Eye-Strong graphic intuition or background in multimedia -  ability to turn data into visual art.
• Problem-Solving - Proactive mindset with the ability to think quickly, adapt under pressure, and manage itinerary shifts effortlessly
