Summary
The Amazon Listing and Marketplace Operations Specialist is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and health of Velrose’s Amazon listings once they have reached a strong baseline. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and continuity to ensure listings remain current, compliant, and optimized as the business grows.
This position works directly within Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central and serves as the day-to-day owner of listing operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain and update product listings across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
- Manage parent-child variations, size and color attributes, and detailed product data
- Upload and maintain product images, A+ content, and video assets in alignment with brand standards and Amazon guidelines
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve listing issues such as suppressed ASINs, orphan listings, and data inconsistencies
- Create, edit, and manage flat files, templates, and bulk uploads
- Support price changes, content updates, and Amazon system-related challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams or external partners to execute content updates as needed
- Monitor listing health and proactively flag issues or opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required Experience and Skills
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings
- Direct experience working within Amazon Vendor Central
- Experience with Seller Central strongly preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Amazon platform issues independently
- High attention to detail, particularly with complex product variations
- Experience working with consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or soft goods
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with intimate apparel, lingerie, or size-intensive product categories
- Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce backend systems
- Experience coordinating A+ content or enhanced brand content
