We are recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based lifestyle and fashion brand for a UX / Multimedia Graphic Designer. This hybrid role blends UX design, digital creativity, and performance optimization, enhancing the client’s online experience — from Shopify site UX and email design to visual campaigns and analytics testing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and optimize Shopify website pages (home, product detail, landing pages).
- Conduct UX tests and analyze behavior/heatmap data (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
- Design digital assets for email, social media, and web campaigns.
- Curate and manage photo/video content while maintaining brand consistency.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Midjourney, Runway ML) for creative mockups.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to analyze performance and implement A/B testing learnings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–6 years in UX/UI, digital, or visual design (retail/lifestyle experience preferred)
- Experience with using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Hotjar/Lucky Orange
- Analytical yet creative mindset; detail-oriented; proactive communicator
- Must have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST
- Must complete the client’s official Skills Test before the final interview
