One of our U.S. clients in the social media marketing space is growing rapidly, and while there is no immediate opening, we are proactively building a strong talent pool for upcoming roles.

Affiliate Managers do more than just manage affiliates — they play a key role in helping creators and brands succeed. When new opportunities open up, selected Affiliate Managers will receive comprehensive training, be equipped with the right tools, and gain ongoing support to build a meaningful and rewarding career in the digital marketing space.

Important Note: This is a talent pooling opportunity. While there is no active opening at the moment, candidates who successfully pass our screening process will be prioritized once new roles become available with our U.S. client in the social media marketing industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Set Up & Manage Affiliate Automations
  • Configure automation workflows and maintain ongoing setups to maximize affiliate invitations.
     
• Support & Grow Affiliate Relationships
  • Respond to affiliates quickly and empathetically.
  • Build long-term trust while helping creators scale their businesses.
     
• Campaign Operations
  • Approve product sample requests and coordinate promotions.
  • Work with creative teams to align campaigns with client goals.
     
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor key affiliate metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Share performance insights and optimizations with leadership.
     
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure affiliates follow platform rules, FTC guidelines, and brand requirements.
  • Maintain quality and brand alignment across campaigns.
     
• Affiliate Enablement
  • Provide resources, scripts, and content to help affiliates succeed.
    Occasionally host Q&As or office hours for affiliates needing extra guidance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of TikTok Shop experience (required).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset, able to adapt quickly.
• Empathy and patience when supporting creators.
