We are recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based lifestyle and fashion brand for an Influencer Outreach & Social Media Manager who brings the company’s story to life through authentic creator partnerships and elevated social storytelling.
This person manages influencer and affiliate programs, oversees TikTok Shop growth, and leads day-to-day social media campaigns — ensuring every caption, post, and creator collaboration reflects the company’s signature voice: confident, warm, and intentional.
This role bridges creativity and strategy — blending influencer relationship-building, community engagement, copywriting excellence, and data-informed execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard influencers aligned with the company’s values and visual aesthetic.
- Manage gifting, content briefs, approvals, and tracking of influencer campaigns.
- Build and maintain an influencer database segmented by platform and ROI.
- Set up and manage TikTok Shop and affiliate programs (via TikTok Creator Marketplace or Shopify Collabs).
- Write and edit social captions, influencer briefs, and community responses in the company’s tone.
- Plan and execute weekly social campaigns aligned with marketing launches.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend content or timing optimizations.
- Maintain strong creator relationships and ensure consistent, elevated brand presence across all platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5 years in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand copywriting (fashion/lifestyle/D2C brand preferred)
- TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopify Collabs, Canva, CapCut, Klaviyo (basic), Metricool / Later / Planoly, Google Sheets / Excel for ROI analysis
- Fluent English writing and editing skills; can adapt to the company’s tone (confident, composed, premium)
- Organized, proactive, empathetic, with aesthetic and strategic judgment
- Must have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CST
- Must complete the client’s Skills Test before final interview
