Summary
We are seeking a highly dependable and versatile Administrative Liaison to join our team in Baguio City. This multi-faceted role is designed for a proactive individual who can seamlessly transition between external errands, front-of-house security, and internal data support. The ideal candidate is a "jack-of-all-trades" who thrives in a dynamic environment and maintains the highest standards of integrity.
What you’ll be doing:
Field Liaison (Messenger):
- Conduct sensitive transactions at banks and various government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Deliver and pick up documents, permits, or supplies as directed by management.
- Ensure all external errands are completed timely and documented properly.
Front-of-House (Doorman):
- Maintain a professional presence at the office entrance during downtime.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
- Monitor the flow of people entering and exiting the premises.
Administrative Support (Encoder):
- Dedicate 1–2 hours daily (or as needed) to accurate data entry and digital filing.
- Assist the administrative team with basic clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Trustworthiness: Must have an impeccable record of honesty, as the role involves handling bank transactions and sensitive documents.
- Flexibility: Ability to pivot between physical errands, standing guard, and seated computer work.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word) for encoding tasks.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the streets, government offices, and banking districts of Baguio City.
- Professionalism: A polite demeanor and a neat appearance suitable for a doorman and messenger role.
