As a Jr. Content Management System Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) audits and setting up Google Tag Manager (GTM) to accurately collect data essential for our SEO efforts. Your expertise will enable us to track website traffic, user interactions, and conversions. Additionally, you'll create custom reports and explorations, tailored to customer requests, and implement ecommerce tracking for online stores. Knowledge of custom Data Layer implementation is considered a valuable asset for this role.
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in corporate/employee communications
- Have experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Proficient or have experience using Hubspot, Shopify, Squarespace, Magento, Webflow, WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal preferred.
- Detailed understanding of Content Management Systems and experience implementing content management infrastructures
- Familiarity with other digital marketing technologies such as social media, search, web analytics, e-commerce, and behavioral targeting
- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and the ability to define and articulate various strategic digital technologies to our clients
- Proven experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup and management.
- Proficient with GA4, GTM, and e-commerce tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
