We are looking for a Customer Success Support who can provide ongoing support to our client and its customers. The role will support a start-up client who will help in writing SOPs, and learning the business in and out. You will also provide light email outbound sales to generate leads. As a Customer Success Support, you are expected to have excellent communication skills both written and and verbal.
What you’ll be doing:
Customer Support & Knowledge Base Expansion
• Update and expand knowledge base articles for both Shopify apps
• Ensure documentation is clear, helpful, and up-to-date
• Ideally, bring experience with Shopify and app integrations to improve content quality
Outbound Sales Research & Email Outreach
• Segment and target a list of 5,000–10,000 Shopify stores for outbound email campaigns
• Write and send outreach emails to drive Send to Many installs and demo bookings
• Track outreach performance and optimize messaging
Customer Onboarding & Follow-ups
• Follow up with new customers to schedule onboarding calls
• Assist with initial setup guidance and best practices
• Level 1 support for customer inquiries via chat and email
• Writing internal support articles for common issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience using Shopify as a merchant or app user
- Strong writing skills (for both knowledge base and email outreach)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in customer support, SaaS, or ecommerce
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, HelpScout, Intercom, or similar chat/email support systems
- Bonus: Experience with outbound sales tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
