We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who thinks critically, is tech savvy, and knows how to build real relationships both internally and with potential customers.
This is not a script-reading role. You’ll be given frameworks, talking points, and direction, but we expect you to use judgment, experience, and initiative to make them your own. Confidence comes from understanding the product, the prospect, and the problem you’re solving.
What you’ll be doing:
- Generate new leads through outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Use suggested scripts and messaging as a baseline, then adapt based on the prospect and conversation
- Research prospects to understand their business, challenges, and priorities
- Learn our product and services quickly with minimal guidance by using available tools, AI, and online resources
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external prospects
- Lead conversations with confidence, clarity, and curiosity
- Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and move conversations forward
- Test new approaches, messaging, and ideas to improve results continuously
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern sales tools, CRM systems, and research platforms
- A critical thinker who takes direction but is not a yes person
- Strong communicator who can challenge ideas respectfully and contribute insights
- Business-minded with the ability to connect what we offer to meaningful outcomes for prospects
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to figure things out without excessive hand-holding
- Grit, resilience, and comfort navigating rejection
- At least 3 years of experience in sales
- Prior SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience preferred
