We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Senior Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will focus on managing and analyzing our financial activities related to cash flow, investments, and risk management, along with driving process improvements and delivering insightful reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate cash forecasting and support audit, banking, and financial planning processes that contribute to the organization's overall financial health and success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Treasury:
  • Monitor and manage the company’s daily cash position, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Maintain and update debt schedules and support debt modeling used for bank covenant tracking and internal strategy.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, including managing services.
  • Collaborate across departments to drive comfort and adoption of Treasury policies.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly bank reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of accurate covenant and facility data.
  • Build and maintain Treasury dashboards in both Excel and Workday Planning to support visibility into cash, debt, and strategic forecasting needs.
  • Prepare and present financial reports related to cash flow, investments, and risk management to senior leadership.
  • Monitor and report on Treasury-related KPIs to guide strategy.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports on cash trends, bank activity, and performance analysis.
  • Prepare quarterly bank financials.
  • Support CFO- and CEO-facing dashboards, including rolling 12-month cash flow, debt ladders, and interest expense projections.
  • Conduct variance analysis and support internal and external audit data requests.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and Treasury policies.
• Process Improvement:
  • Recommend opportunities to streamline and automate cash and debt reporting processes.
  • Automate manual workflows including cash position reporting, liquidity tracking, and investment reconciliations.
  • Lead Treasury's implementation of Workday Planning reports.
  • Work with IT and management to ensure scalability of Treasury reporting tools.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of combined Finance & Treasury working experience.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office programs.
• Self-starter with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work independently and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to meet tight deadlines, with attention to detail.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor!
